I am the professional pilot...
I started flying in 1975 on gliders in Poland. I will write more about these "good old days" but now a bit about my present flying. Today (since 2000) I am flying as a Captain (since 2006) with "South African Express Airways" on "de Havilland Dash-8/315" and this is my job, but flying also is my hobby and big passion. This is why I am flying on everything flyable and I am fascinated to share with others the beauty of flight.
I have flown on about 130 types of gliders, microlights, airplanes, gyroplanes and even hot air balloons. I have approximately 12000 flying hours - most beautiful hours of my life. From early days of my flying I found flight instructing as a most interesting flying activity. Today I am still very excited to see the land version of the human being converted into "Flyer" in the process of instructing. For me most advanced "version" of the human is the "Homo Sapiens Flyer". This is an absolutely unique creature, full of life, enthusiasm and creativity (don't mistake with the pilot licence holder...). I believe that "Flyers" are on the front line of human civilization development and progression....
I would like to invite you now to my photo gallery. I believe that one picture can say much more than hundreds of words. In these galleries you will find the pictures and words which will form the story about me and my flying.
