Location
Our base is located at the Brakpan/Benoni Airfield. We are just 7 nm South East of Johannesburg International Airport, by the road it is a 20 min drive.
Apart from our operation, we have the old and well establish Flight School run by the famous "Sluggi" Lugg – Airborne Aviation. The Brakpan Aeroclub has more than one hundred various aircrafts in its hangars. Our airfield has a unique atmosphere of the old days - when flying was the only attraction for the people involved.
In this friendly location and atmosphere we operate as a family from our hangar, with a goal to enjoy our life by flying together. Our hangar is spacious and can easily accommodate a few aircraft. Built as part of the hangar we have all the necessities - lecture/briefing room, office, library, kitchen and toilets.
